Keon operates on a Brownfield first approach, our land- led model will find, secure and purchase suitable sites, with our inhouse design and build services helping to unlock complex sites. A versatile approach to construction techniques, coupled with experience of sustainable design and Modern Methods of Construction, will also pay a key part in future growth. We are able to purchase land and offer in-house design and build services. Our land led model will find, secure and purchase suitable sites, with support from our wide base of stakeholders built through years of strong partnerships and our dedicated Tara Group land team.
Our versatile approach to construction techniques coupled with our experience of sustainable design and Modern Methods of Construction will also play a key part in our future growth.
