Keon Homes is an established provider of affordable homes, PRS, care and later living accommodation throughout the Midlands and Shropshire. As a main contractor with a track record of building a quality product, we are well placed in the market. The most important aspect of our business is our people, creating a positive working environment that allows our team to focus on our Clients and the journey we provide them, creating our culture of always ‘doing the right thing’.
Keon Homes is part of the Tara Group, which includes Cameron Homes and Chasetown Civil Engineering. Coupled together, we are a unique Group extremely well placed to provide homes and infrastructure across the sector. Our team has a wealth of experience in the affordable, private and later living sectors with our Senior Management Team alone having a combined experience of over 40 years.
We work with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, and other partners across a total of 57 Local Authority areas and our current partners include, Midland Heart, Bromford, Green Square Accord, Sanctuary, The Wrekin Housing Group, Housing Plus, Platform, Walsall Housing Group and Wiseliving.
We are constantly building more relationships in the sector with our partnership approach to development. We identify land, opportunities and joint ventures for our clients as we seek to bolster our reputation as a solid and respected company.
There are no limits on the scale of developments that we can deliver and our projects include a £28million Extra Care and bungalow development scheme in Lichfield, another Extra Care scheme in Newport and numerous other developments ranging from smaller infill housing schemes to large scale residential housing developments.
