Keon Homes works with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other partners to build open-market, affordable and private-rental sector housing. Keon Homes has a Senior management Team with a proven track record of working within the sector and its two Directors have over 40 years experience, of delivering high quality, large scale developments where quality and best practice come as standard.
Tara Group is a family-owned independent company, It was originally founded in 1974 by Noel Sweeney and remains in the ownership of the Sweeney Family. With offices in Chasetown, and Shrewsbury, Tara Group employs over 250 people across our the group and works with over 400 sub-contractors.
WHAT WE DO
Keon Homes has the capability, flexibility and financial strength to take on medium to large scale projects with a high degree of complexity such as Retirement villages, as well as medium to large residential housing projects. We are able to purchase land and offer in-house design and build services. Our land led model will find, secure and purchase suitable sites, with support from our wide base of stakeholders built through years of strong partnerships and our dedicated Tara Group land team.
Our versatile approach to construction techniques coupled with our experience of sustainable design and Modern Methods of Construction will also play a key part in our future growth. Working in partnership with our clients is fundamental to our operations and we understand that building strong and trusting relationships is essential.
