RUGBY ROAD, BULKINGTON

Client: Midland Heart
Tenure: Social or Affordable Rent
Duration: 15 months
Status: Planning application submitted
This development aims to provide 42no 1 and 2 bed apartments for the over 55’s. The delivery of the project is in tandem with another of our important Clients, Midland Heart. Planning has been submitted for a minor variation to the previously approved scheme and once approved, will allow us to deliver a development that compliments the surrounding area and vastly improving the former New Inn Public House site.

WILLIAM FARR HOUSE,
SHREWSBURY

Client: The Wrekin Housing Group
Tenure: Affordable Rent
Duration: 18 months
Status: On Site
This is our second scheme working in partnership with The Wrekin Housing Group. The site was secured on the Open Market from NHS Property Services and, having worked to extremely tight Homes England funding timescales, will deliver another much-needed Extra Care scheme in Shropshire. The project will comprise of 70 apartments and 8 bungalows for Affordable Rent. Communal facilities will include a café, which will provide food and drink to residents and the wider community.

STREETHAY CARE VILLAGE

Client: Sanctuary Housing
Tenure: Affordable
Duration: 24 months
Status: On Site
Reserved Matters has been granted for the erection of an extra care scheme (C2 Use Class) comprising 78 apartments and 60 bungalows with associated communal facilities, car parking and landscaping. The site is situated towards the rear of the Roman Heights development in Streethay and will be built for our new Client Sanctuary.

STATION ROAD, NEWPORT

Client: Wrekin Housing Trust
Tenure: Affordable
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Station Road, Newport, Wrekin, TF10 7EN
Status: On Site
Working in partnership with Bloor Homes & Wrekin Housing Trust this scheme consists of an extra care facility built to our clients specification. As part of the wider Bloor Homes scheme this parcel of 1.4 acres is allocated for C2 care uses and already has an Outline planning status. We are currently working with Bloor Homes to agree our designs for our final planning application.

TARA DEVELOPMENTS OFFICE
