We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Executive.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Executive. You will be working with the Head of Business Development to grow and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure a pipeline of business and business intelligence is available for the company.
You will also work with our land function to identify open market and mixed tenure opportunities, whilst supporting them with current data and clients’ needs information, ensuring we follow the right opportunities.
What we want from you
We are looking for someone with around 5 years’ experience in the Construction industry, working as a pre-construction surveyor or quantity surveyor who is interested in the pre-construction activities.
