This policy applies to our employees. This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and temporary employees at the Company that use the information systems. The Company may amend it at any time.
Keon Homes (Keon) is committed to delivering quality services and products on time and whilst meeting client expectations achieved through compliance.

The policies and procedures embodied within the Company establish the criteria to enable its commitments to be satisfied and are designed to enhance the performance of the business, its employees and the end product. Planning and improvement will ensure Keon maintains a reputation for innovation and outstanding performance through the monitoring and evaluation of the business system.

The application of the Management System and adherence to the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies are the personal responsibility of everyone involved in the business. Keon’s Management System clearly defines responsibilities and determines the resources and methods employed to improve individual skills, competence and performance to ensure we are recognised as the best in all that we do.

It is the intent of Keon that its management system will satisfy the requirements of its customers and all legal and regulatory requirements.
